NARDI MCSR is the 2 to 16 row header with a minimum row spacing of 45 cm designed for professional mechanized castor bean harvesting. Its design, consisting of a rigid frame, pans with a blowing system, a compact harvesting system, and a large diameter auger with retractable fingers, ensures unparalleled threshing on the market up to 6-10 km/h.

Tips and pans
The tips are positioned close to the ground and can position themselves under bushy or flattened plants and float when they touch the ground. The pans are large and designed to cover the spaces between the row units and collect any product that may have fallen from the plant. Tips and pans are easily removable to perform quick maintenance in the field.

Row units with rubber blocks or rubber belts
The row units features two chains with interchangeable wear-resistant rubber blocks or belts. This system creates a ‘gear’ effect, enveloping and gripping the plant with the right balance between the combine harvester’s speed and the header’s chain unit speeds. This way, the product remains stable, is not affected by vibrations, and therefore, losses are minimized.

Air blow system 
The NARDl patented blower system is designed to prevent product buildup on the pans. Electric motors with blower housings are installed at the tips of the pans. By generating an airflow, they push the seeds towards the auger and simultaneously prevent them from bouncing and falling to the ground.
