The front steering axle ensures the trailer has a wide turning radius for perfect maneuverability on the road and during header loading and unloading operations. They are equipped with a universal support compatible with all header models from all brands on the market, a robust frame that guarantees high load capacities, and BKT tires.
Nardi double-axle trailers allow travel up to 40 km/h, and many models are European approved.

Fixed Frame
The frames of Nardi trailers are built with robust steel from certified Italian suppliers.
Each frame ensures high load capacities and rigidity in every transport condition.
Front Steering Axle
Nardi double-axle trailers feature a steering front axle that enhances turning performance.
The steering axle improves turning capabilities and simplifies maneuvering operations for header loading and unloading.
All Nardi double-axle trailers are fitted with BKT 10.0/75 15.3 14PR tires.
Universal Support
Nardi trailers are equipped with universal supports compatible with all combine harvester models from every brand on the market.
The support can be manually adjusted.
AL-KO Overrun Brake
Thanks to the partnership signed with AL-KO, Nardi is able to produce trailers with inertial/overrun brake system (Technical Data Sheets).
The overrun brake is generally required for a total mass exceeding 3,500 kg and recommended for working on steep terrain.
The inertial brake includes a parking brake and automatic reverse disconnection.
Led Lights
Every Nardi trailer is produced complete with LED lights for optimal road visibility.
Belts and Ratchets kit
A kit of belts and ratchets is supplied, designed to anchor the header to the supports, preventing it from moving during transport.

The Nardi N50T trailer is the 2-steering wheel version solution for forage harvesters.
Its lowered frame allows for easy loading and unloading of the forage harvester header.
It features the universal support that adapts to all header models on the market.
Available with AL-KO inertial brake system.

Sistema Fast Locking
The Fast Locking system, designed by Nardi, ensures a smart fastening of the header to the trailer frame using spring-loaded bolts and safety hooks secured by a safety spring.
Sistema Fast Locking V-Shape Autocentering
The Fast Locking Autocentering system is an advanced version of the standard Fast Locking system. It is generally suitable for large headers, and its design is engineered to help the operator center the header on the supports more easily.
Mudguards kit
The Mudguards kit protects the header from dirt and any stones lifted during transport.
Spare Tire
A Spare wheel is available as an option for each Nardi trailer, fixed to the frame by a support in an easily accessible position.
