THE HOLDER OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING, which has the function of guarding and protecting the<\/p>\n

the activity of Production and processing in the metalworking sector, in this case of forklift trucks in generally for internal handling, as well as agricultural trolley for bar carriers.<\/p>\n

In addition to the employees and members of Nardi Srl some processing of your personal data may be carried out also by third parties, to whom Nardi Srl entrusts certain activities (or part of them) to pursue the purposes described below. In this case the same subjects will operate as Owners autonomous or will be designated as Data Processors or Trustees. To the Managers or to the Appointees, eventually designated, the owner will impart adequate operating instructions, with particular attention reference to the adoption of the minimum security measures, in order to be able to guarantee the confidentiality and the data security.<\/p>\n

The processing of data is a procedure aimed also at verifying, not only if the data you have provided they are legitimately treated but to verify what is the way in which they are used and come protected.<\/p>\n
